  • How can I check the status of my order?
    Just log into your account to see your order history and status. Super easy!
  • Can I apply a discount code after having placed my order?
    Bummer.  Unfortunately, no.  Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout.
  • Can I make changes after having placed my order?
    We ship pretty quickly.  However, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact ASAP.



  • How will I know when my order has shipped?
    We ship within 1-2 days. Just log into your account to see your order history and status. 
  • How can I track my order?
    As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t see an email, check your Spam or Updates folders. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! We offer free shipping for orders totaling $125 after taxes and promotions in the United States.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We proudly ship worldwide.
